Standard Sessions
All day: 8am – 6pm Incl morning snack, hot lunch & tea £78.75
Short day: 8am – 4pm Incl morning snack , hot lunch & tea £68.75
Breakfast Club: 7.30am- 8am Including breakfast £6.30
Funded Sessions
Enhanced Funded Sessions: 8-6pm/8-4pm £26.00 + any additional hours
Fully Funded Free Place: 8 -1pm or 1-6pm £0

Nursery Operating Information & Fees Policy 2026
Opening Hours
- The nursery is open Monday to Friday 7.30-6pm
- We operate all year round closing only for bank holidays and a week at Christmas
Fees & Payments
- Fees are calculated weekly, over a 51-week period and divided equally across 12 months of the year.
- Invoices are sent out a week in advance and payment is due on the 1st of each month.
- Payments not received by the 3rd of the month will receive a 10% late charge.
- If payment has not been received after the 7th of month, your child’s place may be suspended until payment is made and may be at risk of being lost.
Session Changes & Extra Sessions
- Any permanent changes to booked sessions require at least 1 month’s written notice, following which changes can begin from the start of the following invoice period.
- Extra sessions can be added on an ad hoc basis, depending on availability
Absences & Closures
- The nursery does not charge for bank holidays
- There is no reduction in fees for absence, including illness or holidays
